2011 Tariff
Our rooms are priced from £60 per night with the larger rooms costing a little more.
Prices are based on two people sharing for stays of two nights or more and include a hearty English breakfast.

We will provisionally hold a booking for 1 week following your phone call or e-mail request. This booking will be secured upon receipt of a cheque deposit of the first nights stay per room, unless other arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Sea Breeze Guest House and sent to: Sea Breeze Guest House, Lower Chapel Street, East Looe. Cornwall. PL13 1AT.
Please note that we do not have card payment facilities.
Check In/Out
Our rooms and parking spaces if booked, are available from 2pm on your day of arrival and 3pm on Saturdays. Should you arrive in Looe earlier, please feel free to drop off your bags and we will keep them for you until your room is ready. Check out is 10am on your day of departure.
Accessibility
Please be advised that our rooms are on the first or second floors and are accessed only by stairs with a secure handrail. We do not have any ground floor letting rooms or a lift. For a copy of our full accessibility statement, please e-mail your request to: info@seabreezelooe.com
Cancellation Policy
As we only have 5 guest letting rooms, a cancellation can impact our business greatly and it is often difficult to re-let any cancelled accommodation at short notice. Your deposit is fully refundable if you notify us of a cancellation more than six weeks before your arrival date. For later cancellations, any refund would be at our discretion and only if we are able to re-let your room/s.
